When your Reinke system is purchased, your dealer will provide you with a warranty registration card. This card must be signed by both you and the dealer and returned to us by the dealer within 60 days of purchase.
This card is required for your dealer to make any warranty claim. If you purchase your Reinke system from another grower, this card must also be completed and signed by both the old and new owners, and returned to Reinke within 60 days of the transfer of ownership.
To file a claim, contact your certified dealer and they’ll help you through the process.
Any time you contact your dealer, you can help them help you by having the following information handy:
- Your name
- System serial number or identifier
- System location
- Detailed information about the problem including
- How does the problem affect the system?
- What was the system doing when the problem occurred? (Parked, running wet, running dry)
- Is it an intermittent problem?
- Are there any common factors involved with the problem? (Time of day, location in the field, high or low temperature, main control panel settings, etc.)
- What troubleshooting has already been done to try and remedy the problem?
- What is the level of urgency for getting this system back in service?
